Dr. Stephanie Cameron

Medical Director

Dr. Stephanie Cameron has practised family medicine in Trail and area for many years and has a special interest in dermatology. She is trained and certified in medical aesthetics and is a member of the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine (CAAM), the Primary Care Dermatology Society of Canada and the International Academy of Cosmetic Dermatology. Dr. Cameron provides consultations for medical and cosmetic skin issues and performs all injectable and minor surgical procedures. She closely monitors any treatments delegated to our staff.
Dr. Cameron is committed to ongoing training and the implementation of new technologies and treatments to ensure that our clients will receive the best results.

Jennifer Harding

Director of Operations

Jennifer has been working in the medical aesthetic field for eleven years now and as the Medical Aesthetics Technician, she is always ready to give you the best treatment possible. Her genuine love for helping people reach their health and beauty goals makes working at the Medispa a perfect career. She is always thrilled to learn about new products and innovative treatments in order to see her clients receive the best results from them. Jennifer is looking forward to helping you look and feel your best at any age!

Alex Hitchcock

Retail & Promotions Manager

Alex grew up in Rossland and after living elsewhere for 13 years, the mountains called her back.  She attended Blanche MacDonald and graduated from the Make-up program in 2001. Having worked with clients in the beauty and skin care industry for the last 17 years, you can usually find her in the stock room working with our brands to bring you the most innovative products that the industry has to offer. Alex has been working at the spa for 5 years in many different capacities and she feels that customer service and client relationships are the best part of her job.

Siobhan Downing

Siobhan has been working at Renew for 10 years and feels it is the perfect place for her because everyone deserves to feel good about themselves and she loves being a part of helping our clients feel that way. For Siobhan it truly is our wonderful, interesting and diverse clients that have her heart.
She grew up in Midway and has lived in her beloved, adopted hometown of Rossland for 25 years but is now making the big move to beautiful Genelle. With 2 adult-ish kids that she absolutely adores, you will find her building a new life as she adjusts to being an empty nester!

Bree McQuary

Front Desk

Bree moved here from the rainy Coast and has been with Renew for 2.5 years now. She always enjoys stepping into this wonderful environment and meeting our clients and will happily help you book your appointments and answer all your questions. Bree enjoys spending time with her partner, family and pets.

Morgan Brady


Morgan moved to Canada from Australia 10 years ago after receiving her aesthetic licence. She feels fortunate to have lived all over BC until settling in Rossland with her husband. She has a passion for aesthetics and working at Renew allows her to educate her clients on the importance of skin care while pampering them in a relaxing environment. As the lead aesthetician in the Trail location, Morgan is always striving to exceed client expectations.

Our medical aesthetics technician has taken special training to perform advanced skin care techniques such as microdermabrasion, skin peels and photodynamic therapy, and is certified to operate the light and laser equipment.

Our estheticians provide services such as facials, body wraps, manicures and pedicures, waxing, and relaxation massage (including hot stone massage). They also advise clients on routines for home skin care with our specialized products for face and body.

Spa Policies


At our medical spa, discretion is our goal and we strive to protect our clients’ privacy. Please let us know how we may best accommodate your needs for privacy.


We understand that plans may change or urgent situations arise. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in full-service charges (or the equivalent deduction from gift cards and pre-paid appointments). We regret that we cannot make exceptions to our 24-hour cancellation policy, no matter the circumstances because we often schedule service providers especially for you.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out our intake form and prepare for your consultation and/or treatment.

For late arrivals, we are pleased to offer you the remaining time allotted for your treatment or consultation but your appointment will end as scheduled so as not to extend into the next client’s appointment.

Multiple service appointments, groups of 3 or more people and those services valued at $200 or more, require 48 hours notice for cancellation. A credit card or gift card is required to guarantee all multiple services and group spa packages at the time of booking. Cancellations beyond this time frame will be charged 50% of the service amount and no-show appointments will be charged the full-service amount on your credit card. To avoid last-minute cancellation fees, you may replace yourself with another person to fill your reserved spot.


To ensure a relaxing experience for all, we ask our clients kindly to turn off cell phones and other electronic devices during their visit. Please respect the right to privacy and a quiet atmosphere for all those within the spa. The spa area is not suited to accommodate children unless the child is booked for a treatment. Alternative arrangements must be made for the duration of your treatment.


Our staff will be happy to assist in planning and preparation for small group special events. The spa may be reserved, if desired, for your function.


Treatment times given for services reflect the maximum length of time that it will take for each individual service. If 2 or more services are booked consecutively, the total time required will be less than for individual services.
