- Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 2 weeks prior to treatment

- Discontinue retinoids, exfoliants, or photosensitizing products at least 3 days prior
- Avoid waxing, plucking, or depilatory creams for 2 weeks before your session
- Shave the treatment area 12–24 hours prior to your appointment
