Therapeutic Botox® treatments offer effective relief for a variety of chronic medical conditions that impact daily life. Health Canada–approved, Botox® is an injectable medication that works by temporarily relaxing overactive muscles or glands, helping to alleviate symptoms that are often difficult to manage through other treatments.
When administered by skilled medical professionals, Botox® can safely and effectively reduce pain, discomfort, and disruption associated with conditions such as chronic migraines, TMJ dysfunction, excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), and involuntary muscle spasms—improving both quality of life and day-to-day function.
What Medical Botox® Can Treat
We offer therapeutic Botox® for the following conditions:
- Chronic Migraines
- For individuals experiencing 15 or more headache days per month, Botox® can reduce both the frequency and intensity of migraines.
- Bruxism and TMJ Dysfunction
- Botox® can relax the masseter and temporalis muscles, reducing jaw clenching, pain, and tooth wear caused by nighttime grinding or TMJ overactivity.
- Hyperhidrosis (Excessive Sweating)
- Botox® can effectively block the nerve signals responsible for excessive sweating in the underarms, hands, feet, or face—with results lasting up to 6 months.
- Blepharospasm
- Botox® helps control involuntary eye muscle contractions, reducing eye twitching, eyelid tightness, and associated discomfort.
